Niagara Falls on both sides of the border had many different railways, most of which crossed into both countries. The Lehigh Valley had a yard in Niagara Falls NY and interchanged with the CN in Niagara Falls Ontario. In this photo we see LV RS11 #7642, F3B #513, and another unidentifiable unit at left.
