July 2010
July 1st to July 4th: Railway Museum open daysThe Niagara Railway Museum will be open to the public July 1st to 4th, 2010 from 10am to 4pm each day. At this time the majority of the shop is off limits, however, we will have our 2 locomotives on display, along with photos and artifacts from the area. A few of our track motorcars will also be on display. Admission to the Museum is by donation, with all proceeds going towards building renovations and equipment restoration.
In addition to the daily displays, the NRM is also having a very special night photo session on Saturday July 3rd at 915pm. The cost for this is $10.00 and you must register in advance. There will be different poses using the Plymouth diesel, steam locomotive, motorcars, and even the shop. Proceeds from the night photo session go towards the Plymouth restoration. If you are interested, please drop us an email to sign up.
**- Be advised that there are no formal restroom facilities at the museum yet.
September 2010
September 11th to September 12th: Open HouseThe Niagara Railway Museum will hold its next official open house the weekend of September 11/12, 2010 9am-5pm both days. We hope to be further along with the restoration of the shop building, as well as have more of our equipment on hand for people to see. Displays will include artefacts from the NRM collection, our locomotives, cars, and motorcar rides as well. Admission will be by donation, and all are welcome. For more info, please email us.

October 31st: Niagara Falls "Fall" Model Railway ShowThe Fall Niagara Falls Model Railway Show is tentatively scheduled for Sunday October 31st, 2010. We are awaiting the hall confirmation and will have more information and vendor forms here as soon as it is confirmed. Please check back for the latest info.
November 2010
November 14th: TH&B Railway Show DisplayTH&B Model Railway Flea Market at the Ancaster Fairgrounds, Copetown Rd & Hwy 53, Ancaster, Ont. (new Ancaster Fair Grounds) from 10am to 3:30pm. We will have a single table at this model railway show, which will promote the NRM projects, and local history.
