January 2012
January 8th: Woodstock Model Train ShowThe NRM will have a table at the Woodstock Model Train Show 10am-330pm on January 8th, 2012. Held at the Woodstock Fairgrounds, this large show has something for everyone. Show runs 10am-3:00pm.
January 29th: TH&B Flea Market
TH&B Model Railway Flea Market at the Ancaster Fairgrounds, Copetown Rd & Hwy 53, Ancaster, Ont. (new Ancaster Fair Grounds) from 10am to 3:30pm. We will have a single table at this model railway show, which will promote the NRM projects, and local history.
March 2012
March 4th: 12th Annual Niagara Falls Model Railway ShowThe 12th Annual Niagara Falls Model Railway Show is scheduled for Sunday March 4th, 2012. The show will once again be held at the Optimist Park Hall corner of Dorchester & Morission St in Niagara Falls, just minutes from the QEW. Show runs from 10am to 3:30pm. Admission is $5.00 with under 12 free (with paying adult). Over 8000sq ft of model railway vendors, model train layouts, and railway displays. Something for everyone. May 26th to May 27th: Spring Open HouseThe first Niagara Railway Museum Inc. open house for 2012 will be on the weekend of May 26th & 27th, 2012, 9am-5pm both days. Displays will include all 3 of our locomotives, HEPC 0-4-0ST steam engine #46, HEPC electric locomotive E-7 and Ontario Hydro Plymouth Diesel 40. As well, the cab of both the Plymouth diesel and the electric locomotive will be open for viewing. There will also be artifacts, photos, and model trains. Outside the shop one of our track motor cars will be offering rides over our museum track. For the most part, wheelchairs can manouever through our building.
Admission will be by donation, and all are welcome. For more info, please email us.

We are located at 21 Warren Street, Fort Erie, ON. Follow Warren across the tracks and then turn right and head toward the Diesel Shop. Please park along side the entrance road near the building.
